We only collect data that you have entered into our website to join our mailing list or have submitted to us if you enter the annual South West Fair Trade Business Awards.

• Mailing lists

We will use your data to send out our regular email newsletters or, occasionally, to advise you of one off events or campaigns.

 

• South West Fair Trade Business Awards

We will use data gathered via South West Fair Trade Business Awards submissions to communicate with you in regards to the awards that you have entered and to advise previous entrants when awards in future years are open for submission. We may analyse data from entrants to the awards to assess our reach in terms of geography and type of business to help us understand how best to develop the awards.

 

How long we keep your data

We will retain your personal information as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant activity and relationship you have with us. If you request to be removed from our mailing list and not to be contacted, but have entered the Awards in previous years, we will retain basic information about your entry for analysis purposes only.

Any time we send a mailing there will be a link included that you can use to cease further contact or to amend your details. If you need to request any amendments at any other time please contact coordinator@bristolfairtrade.org.uk
