Fair Trade in your school

Fairtrade Foundation has a wealth of resources for schools, including teaching resources and information on how to become a Fairtrade School. See their schools website for more details.

Each year, Bristol Fair Trade collaborates with Bristol Link with Nicaragua to bring a female Fairtrade farmer from Nicaragua to Bristol to visit schools, universities and organisations during Fairtrade Fortnight. If you’d like to arrange a visit to your school or organisation during the next Fairtrade Fortnight, which takes place from late February each year, please get in touch.

We are occasionally able to visit schools to talk to children about Fair Trade, depending on the availability of volunteers. If you would like to make enquiries about a Bristol Fair Trade volunteer visiting your school, please get in touch.
